In this Gathering, Stormclan is going to interrupt as soon as leaders are finished with their reports, declaring that they should be allowed to come to the Gatherings. Your cats can react however you want, just no mauling any other cat. There's no set-in-stone plot for this Gathering, but that's the general idea.
